Health Benefits of Grape Seed

Phil Lampert, renowned food expert in the US, said: "The composition of grape seed useful is proanthocyanidin".

The study was conducted from 1950 showed that grape seeds have a wide range of health benefits, most notably as an antioxidant free radical reducing agent cum powerful, as well as the ability to reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol. As an antioxidant, proanthocyanidin proven 20 times more effective than vitamin C and 50 times more than vitamin E.

Proanthocyanidin also benefits the vascular system because they strengthen the walls of blood vessels. This helps reduce the risk of broken capillaries which can make us vulnerable to excessive bruising. Improving the integrity of blood vessels and helps to effectively pump blood vessels and relieve reflux, varicose veins and aneurysm

Also, according to experts, due to its anti-inflammatory, proanthocyanidin may be used to treat asthma, arthritis, injuries and swelling, and can reduce the severity of allergies.
